How The Process Works
Consultation
Christian will meet with you (over Zoom or on the phone) for a deep dive discussion about your background, goals, obstacles, and strategic aims. With this important insight, Christian will share about the process and tailor a customized approach for your individual needs.
Book Your Dates
We will set the dates for our coaching, and we will also send over some pre-work that is designed to help you be as successful as possible.
1-1 Coaching Process
For 6 months, you will meet with Christian 1-1 and work through several milestones like resume and LinkedIn prep, networking goals, visioning, and interview prep. As you progress through the process, you will have step by step guidance on how to position yourself and take advantage of hidden strategies that are proven to get results. Christian will help you get from here to there.
