WHAT'S THE PROCESS?
Look, we get it. You have a lot on your hands and the last thing you need is a complicated process and a difficult speaker to work with. Christian's goal is to work with you from step 1, and make your job EASIER not HARDER. We want to make you look great, and we want your event to be a success. So whether your assembly, conference, or other event needs an opening keynote, a closing keynote, or even a workshop in between, Christian is here to help you (and your audience) become an absolute success!
1. GET IN TOUCH
Reach out and get in touch with our team. We will respond and confirm Christian's availability for your desired date. During this process we will connect and learn more about your goals for the event and confirm if its a good "fit" for our services. While we are nailing down the specifics, we will tentatively hold the date you have requested.
2. BOOK YOUR DATE
To guarantee a date on Christian's calendar, a non-refundable 50% deposit of his fee is required. During this time we will take care of contract details, and any questions you may have. Once the date is confirmed, our team will work with you to schedule a pre-program meeting and consultation with Christian.
3. CONSULTATION
Christian will meet with you or others on your team (either in person or over the phone) to discuss your organization, your event goals, industry trends, and strategic aims. With this important information and insight, Christian will then work to tailor a customized presentation to specifically cater to your audience and suit your needs.
4. PAYMENT
The remaining balance will be due no later than 10 days prior to your scheduled event. As the date nears, we will also confirm logistics, room setup, any marketing efforts that need to be completed, as well as travel and other details.
5. SHOWTIME
For out of town events, you can expect Christian to arrive the day before to make sure there is plenty of time for sound check, staging set up, and any other requirements necessary for a successful day. Get ready for a fantastic event!
